Our roots have a heart and a beat. Co-founded by the co-creator of Lin Manuel Miranda’s fully-freestyled Broadway Show, Freestyle Love Supreme, freestyle+ marries the art of hip hop and the skill of improvisation to create connection, evoke authenticity, and amplify non-centered voices.

JOY

Our experiences are effective because they’re fun – not in spite of it. We use laughter to make the practice of mental fitness more sustainable, and play to make our message “stickier.” Because we aim to lighten your team’s load, not add to it.
