End the Year Out Loud
Improvised live performances, keynotes, and workshops for holiday parties, sales kickoffs, and offsites. Co-designed for connection, creativity, and collaboration built for your team in an uncertain world.

Pick Your Moment
Every freestyle+ event is built with you from scratch. Our cast includes members of Freestyle Love Supreme, the Tony Award-winning, Grammy-nominated Broadway show, and nothing they perform exists until your audience hands them the words. We've played all-hands meetings for 10,000 people and virtual holiday parties for teams spread across time zones. Start with the moment closest to your plan.
-
A live improvised hip-hop show built out of your year. Your people shout out the launch that almost didn't ship or the inside joke from the spring offsite, and our cast turns it into songs on the spot. It works in a ballroom, a restaurant buyout, or on Zoom for a remote team.
-
Start the year with a room that's actually awake. Open your SKO with a performance built from your company's own language, bring in an interactive keynote on adapting when the plan changes, or pair either one with a workshop for the sales team. If your kickoff lands in January or February, the planning starts now.
-
For the team looking back at this year and mapping the next one. Our facilitators run sessions built on applied improv, where people practice what planning meetings need and rarely get: listening all the way to the end of a sentence, and building on an idea before judging it. Sized to your agenda, with a performance to close the day if you want one.
-
Some budgets are better spent on what happens after the party. Our workshops give teams reps in communication, storytelling, and working through change, including the everyday shift to AI tools. Run one session to open the year or a series that carries through it.
How It Works
01
Discovery Call
A conversation about the occasion, the audience, and the budget. You tell us what the event needs to do, and we tell you honestly what fits.
02
Creative Strategy
We design the experience around your people, using your company's language and the stories from your year, so it lands as yours and nobody else's.
03
Custom Build
Format, cast, and run of show get set with you. In person or virtual, performances, workshops, a keynote, or a full program: the scope follows your budget.
04
Delivery Day
Our cast and facilitators take it from there. Everything your audience hears is made up on the spot, so no two freestyle+ events are ever the same.
RECENT PROJECT
Bristol Myers Squibb
In September 2026, Bristol Myers Squibb brought us in to run their awards ceremony, 4 back-to-back workshops, an executive special session, and close out the week with unity.
Questions Planners Ask
-
Yes. Everything is built from what your audience gives us, and we cover anything off-limits on the discovery call. The cast works inside those lines.
-
No. Everyone takes part from their own seats by calling out suggestions or by moving about, engaging with each other in guided exercises.
-
Yes. We've played virtual holiday parties for teams spread across time zones. The show is still built live from your people's words. Our technical team has years of experience sharing sounds, screens, spotlights, breakout rooms - everything possible to bring a virtual room to life in the most engaging way possible.
-
As soon as you have a date in mind. Booking earlier gives you more choice of dates and more time to build something specific to your team.
-
Anything from a small leadership team to an all-hands of 10,000. We shape the format to the room.
-
It depends on the format, the group size, the cast, the scope of delivery, and whether it's in person or virtual. We scope every engagement to the budget you have, and you'll get a real number on the first proposal.
-
That's the point. On the creative call we collect your language, your wins, and the stories people are still talking about, and the cast builds from there.
-
A performance is something your people feed and watch. A workshop puts them in it: hands-on practice with bravery, optimism, listening, discovery, and resilient action through uncertainty. A keynote (or an “unKeynote” as we affectionately call it) is a bend of both!
The questions that come up on first calls, answered up front.
BOOK A CALLTell us about your event and we'll reach out within 48 hours to set up a call. Bring a date, a budget, or just the feeling you want in the room. If your budget resets on January 1, book before it does.
