WORKSHOPS & KEYNOTES
Immersive in-person or virtual workshops helping teams communicate and navigate uncertainty.
Immersive in-person or virtual workshops and keynotes, built around your team's real challenges: communication under pressure, adaptability, and leading through the uncertainty of AI adoption. Co-designed with the rigor of a true training curriculum, with skills that transfer back to the desk on Monday.
The BOLD Mindset
Our framework for the human skills that builds resilience for change management.
Bravery, optimism, discovery, and listening: four practical skills trained through play so they hold up under real pressure. Navigating change, staying adaptable when plans shift, and communicating clearly when the stakes are high. Resilience training that doesn't feel like a lecture.
Questions before the first call

freestyle+ turns applied improv into rehearsal for the human skills that break first when the script changes: listening, speaking up, building on someone else's idea, and recovering fast. Your team doesn't sit through slides. They practice, together, in the room or on screen. We deliver it three ways: workshops, keynotes, and live performances.

A workshop is hands-on practice for a team that needs to change how it works, built around your real challenges. A keynote is a talk the whole room takes part in, not just sits through. freestyle+ calls its version the UnKeynote. A performance is a live show for conferences, offsites, and leadership summits, built on the spot from the words your audience calls out. Not sure which fits? Tell us the occasion on a first call and we'll point you to the right one. Read the workshop reviews or the event planner reviews.

No. Tool training teaches prompts and features. freestyle+ AI adoption training goes after what actually stalls a rollout: people who freeze when they aren't sure what to do, judge an output instead of building on it, or wait for permission to experiment. Those are behaviors, and behaviors can be practiced.

BOLD stands for Bravery, Optimism, Listening, and Discovery, the four skills we train through play. Resilient Action is what happens when all four run at the same time, so a team keeps moving when plans change. It isn't a fifth skill.
-
No. The exercises are built for people with no improv background. Nobody is asked to be funny. The only skill required is showing up.
-
Workshops and performances both run in person or virtually. Virtual and hybrid workshop reviews from McDonald's, Genentech/Roche, and Camp Lively are on the workshop reviews page. Performances have played to an all-hands of 10,000, and we shape every format to the room.
-
Half-day and full-day workshops are common. Some teams book a multi-session series instead, so the skills get repeated practice rather than one big day. We scope the length to your goal and your calendar.
-
No two engagements look alike, so there isn’t a standard price. Our first conversation is where we learn what you need and what you’re working with, and we go from there.

No. Freestyle Love Supreme is a separate Special Tony Award-winning, Grammy-nominated Broadway production, a hip-hop improv show built live from audience suggestions. freestyle+ co-founder and CEO Anthony Veneziale is connected to it.

Dr. Charles Limb, a neuroscientist at UCSF, has studied the brain during improvisation using fMRI.
